Our Returns Policy
We hope you love your new Three of Something purchase. However we understand things don’t always work out. If something isn’t quite right you are welcome to return it for a refund, exchange or credit.
Use of AFTERPAYDAY code : If your garment meets our normal Return Policy below, full price items purchased using AFTERPAYDAY codes can be exchanged or credited but not REFUNDED
We want you to be completely happy with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we’ll happily accept a return subject to the following conditions:
- Full-priced items can be returned for a refund, store credit or exchange (AU customers only).
- Final Sale items Seconds, Samples and jewellery are NOT eligible for a refund, store credit or exchange.
- Your item must be returned within 30-days of receiving your order.
- All items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, without any stains/marks or perfume/deodorant odour and with original packing and ALL tags intact and attached (if any tags are unattached we are unable to accept the return).
- Sale Items (other than FINAL SALE are only available for a credit or exchange and not refund)
- If you are returning an item that is part of an offer such as a 2 for 1 or buy one get one free or buy one get one 50% off, the refund amount will reflect the price you have paid on this offer as a combined total and averaged out not based on the price of the item/s individually
Buy 2 sizes of same style and return one for FREE
Not sure of your size? Purchase the same full price style in 2 or more sizes to try and return the wrong sizes for FREE. Minimum one full price item must be kept. The returned item/s can be refunded or you can receive a credit note.
Credit notes are issued and emailed to you as soon as your return is processed and will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue. If you wish to receive a credit note for your return, please let us know on the returns form.
We do our best to ensure your order is perfect before it leaves our warehouse. However, if you do receive an item with a genuine manufacturing fault please let us know as soon as possible by emailing email@example.com with a picture of the fault and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
If you have received the wrong item, please email us and we will organise for you to receive the correct item.
Final Sale Items:
We love being able to offer deep discounts and crazy prices on our end of line product. The only way we can offer these prices is as Final Sale. If an item is Final Sale, it is clearly marked in the product description. Final Sale items are NOT eligible for a refund, exchange or credit.
