Other International Customers - Arrange your own courier.

Download and complete the Returns Form. Alternatively, add a note containing:
1. Name
2. Order Number
3. Exchange or Store Credit or Refund instructions.
pack & post
Package your item/s securely. Ensure any old labels or barcodes are covered. Attach Return Label and drop in red Australia Post Box or take to a Post Office. Please retain the tracking information to ensure safe delivery back to our warehouse.
F.A.Q.'s
Returns are processed within 3-5 days of receipt into our warehouse.
You will receive email notification with the outcome of your Return. This could be new shipping information for an Exchange, your Store Credit information or Refund notification.
Full Price item/s are eligible for FREE Exchange. Sale item/s (excluding 'Final Sale') and item/s purchased with a Discount Code 30% or more can also be Exchanged, but Return Freight is charged. Please email online@threeofsomething.com with information on your Exchange item/s and we will reserve your item/s.
Exchange item/s will be sent once Returned item/s are received.
Items marked 'Final Sale' on the Collection Page and/or Product Details Page cannot be Returned. Other Sale items can be Returned for Store Credit or Exchange only.
Item/s purchase with discount or promotion codes of 30% or more are treated as Sale items and can be Returned for Exchange or Store Credit. Item/s purchased with discount codes of less than 30% can be Returned for Exchange, Store Credit or Refund.
Items purchased with Welcome Code can be returned for Exchange, Store Credit or Refund.
If your Return does not comply with our Returns Policy it will be rejected. You will be notified and given the opportunity for goods to be Returned to you. After 30 days, unclaimed goods will be donated to charity or destroyed.
