WHAT IS ELIGILBE FOR RETURN?
Full Price items can be returned for Refund, Exchange or Store Credit. Full Price item/s purchased with a Welcome Code can still be returned for a Refund, Exchange or Store Credit.
Sale items can be returned for Exchange or Store Credit only (not eligible for refund)
Final Sale items are unable to be returned. These items are marked as 'Final Sale' on the Collection and/or Product Page.
We hope you love your Three of Something item/s. However, if you do change your mind and need to return, please ensure:-
- Returns must be received into our warehouse within 30 days of your purchase (ie: date on your order confirmation)
- Items must be unworn and unwashed and in perfect condition with the original tags still attached. Items must not have make-up or deodorant marks and must be free of any odour.
ITEM/S THAT DO NOT MEET THIS CRITERIA WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.
Exchanges on Full Price Items are FREE. There is no charge for return freight or re-delivery fees. (*Only available to Australian and NZ customers)
If you purchase 2 sizes in the same Full Price Item, you can return one for FREE. You will not be charged for return freight of the second item. (*Only available to Australian and NZ customers)
Please retain the tracking number of your return to confirm delivery to our warehouse.
Three of Something is not responsible for items 'Lost in Transit' or items unable to be confirmed as delivered to our warehouse.
Returns will be processed within 3-5 business days after delivery to our warehouse.
Upon processing, your item/s will be inspected and Refunded, Exchanged or a Store Credit will be issued in line with your instructions and our Return Policy.
Shipping and return fees are not refundable and will be deducted from your Refund or Store Credit amount.
Items returned that do not comply with our Return Policy will not be processed. You will contacted to arrange shipping back to you and you will be liable for the shipping costs both to and from us. Item/s not claimed 30 days after contact will be disposed of or donated to charity.
If item/s are returned to us by mistake, we are not responsible for these item/s and accept no liability if we are unable to locate them. If we are able to locate them and you want the items returned to you, you will be responsible for the cost of return freight.
We monitor return rate frequency and value for fraud, abuse and general security purposes. In the event of elevated return frequency and values, we are entitled to close or block access to your Account or deny you from making future orders.
Incorrect or Faulty Items
If you receive a product that you believe to be faulty or incorrect, please contact email@example.com. You will be asked for details of the issue.
Faulty items may need to be inspected before the item is deemed to have a defect. If the item is confirmed as faulty we will replace, repair or refund as appropriate.
If the product is found to not have a defect, deemed out of warranty, or has deteriorated due to fair wear and tear or misuse, your return will be declined.
If you have received the incorrect item, we will endevour to get the correct item to you as soon as possible.
