Return Policy:

Most Full-priced items can be returned for exchange, store credit or refund. 
  • Items marked Final Sale are NOT eligible for a refund, store credit or exchange.
  • Items Purchased with 30% off code like AFTERPAYDAY can be exchanged or credited but CAN NOT be Refunded
  • Your item/s must be returned within 30-days of the original order date.
  • All items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, without any stains/marks or perfume/deodorant odour and with original packing and ALL tags intact and attached (if any tags are unattached we are unable to accept the return).
  • Sale Items (other than FINAL SALE) are only available for store credit or exchange.

If your item/s meet the conditions of the above Return Policy and you wish to exchange your order, please email online@threeofsomething.com and let us know which item/s you would like to exchange for. If the item/s are in stock, we will create a pending order to keep it on hold and once your original item/s are returned, we will send out the new item/s.

AUS customers - Download your Australia Post returns label HERE. You will not incur a fee for using this label for exchange of a full price item.

NZ customers - Please email online@threeofsomething.com and we will send you a post label.  You will not incur a fee for using this label. Once you have your label, please complete the Returns Form (available HERE). 

Place the item/s together with your completed Returns Form into the original Three of Something satchel and attach the label.  Please ensure the original label is covered or crossed out.  Drop the satchel into a post box.  Please ensure you retain the tracking number as proof of delivery.
Once your item/s are received back into the warehouse, your exchange item/s will be sent out.  Processing time is 3-5 days.


Refunds:

If your item/s meets the conditions of the above Return Policy and your wish to return your item for a refund:

AUS customers - Download your Australia Post returns label HERE. 

A fee of $15.95 will be deducted from the refund amount.  Alternatively, you can return the item/s at your own cost using your own postage or courier.

NZ customers -  Email online@threeofsomething.com and a Return Label will be emailed to you.  A fee of $15.95 AUD will be deducted from the refund amount. 

Alternatively, you can return the item/s at your own cost using your own postage or courier. All other countries -  We do not offer a return freight service.  Please arrange your own freight service and return to the below address.  Once you have your label, please complete the Returns Form (available HERE).

Processing time is 3-5 days from receipt into or warehouse.  Refunds are processed via your original payment method for the value for the goods only (freight and postage charges are not refundable). You will receive an email once your refund is complete.
Please note:  If your item/s do not meet the conditions of our Return Policy, you will be notified via email.  You can then arrange for the item/s to be returned to you at your own expense.  Any goods not collected with in 30 days will be donated to charity.
