If you wish to exchange your order please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know what item you would like to receive. If this item is in stock, we will create a pending order to keep it on hold and once your original item comes back to us we will send you the new one. Final Sale items are not available for exchange.
Download your Australia Post returns label HERE. You will not incur a fee for using this label for an exchange. Please ensure you include the returns form available HERE in your package stating that you have organised an exchange for the returned item/s.

How to Return An Item, Completing Your Return:
We want you to be completely happy with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we’ll happily accept a return subject to the following conditions:
- Full-priced items can be returned for a refund, store credit or exchange (exchange is for AU customers only).
- Final Sale items are NOT eligible for a refund, store credit or exchange.
- Your item must be returned within 30-days of the original order date.
- All items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, without any stains/marks or perfume/deodorant odour and with original packing and ALL tags intact and attached (if any tags are unattached we are unable to accept the return).
- Sale Items (other than FINAL SALE are only available for a credit or exchange and not refund)
If your garments comply with the above policy, you can follow the below steps to create your return.
- If you are in Aus Download and complete the returns form available here (if you do not have access to a printer please write down all relevant information and enclose within the package)
- All Countries other than Australia will have to pay for and use their own postal service to return the item to the address below and if you are in NZ and want to use one of our return labels (fee of $15.95 will be deducted from the return) email firstname.lastname@example.org HERE with your order number and we will email you back the Return Label
- You can create and download your own Australia Post returns label HERE (For AU Customers Only) Please attach it to the outside of the Three of Something bag (or your own packaging) and lodge it at any Australia Post office or post box. If you use this option we will deduct $12.95 from your refund amount. Please ensure you retain your tracking information for proof of delivery
- Alternatively, you can return the item/s at your own cost using your own postage or courier.
- Note : All Countries other than Australia will have to pay for and use their own postal service to return the item to the address below

Refunds are processed via your original payment method for the value for the goods only (freight and postage charges are not refundable). You will receive a courtesy email from our online team once your refund is complete. Please allow up tp 7 days for returns to be processed once received into our warehouse.
