Can I return full price items purchased with a Promo Code ?
If a full price item was purchased with a promo code ie "AFTERPAYDAY" it can be returned for an exchange or credit (as long as it meets our normal return guidelines) but it can not be returned for a refund.
If a full price item was purchased with a first order welcome code it can be returned for an exchange, credit or refund as long as it meets our normal return guidelines
How long will my order take to get to me ?
It does depend on where you are ? We ship daily form the Sunshine Coast in Queensland Australia and to most Metro Australia locations it is 2-4 days, New Zeland is 3-7 days and International does vary depending on Country.
