Return Policy

 

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

We accept returns for Refund, Exchange or Store Credit.  Our change of mind returns policy can be found below:

  1. Returns must be initiated in your Account and the return is placed in the post within 30 days of receipt of the order confirmation email.
  2. Items must be unworn and unwashed and in a saleable condition with the original tags still attached.  Items must not have make-up or deodorant marks and must be free of any odor.
  3. Some items have been excluded from the change of mind Returns Policy, such as ‘Final Sale’ items and items excluded for hygiene reasons.  The exclusion will be noted as FINAL SALE on the relevant collection page and/or the product page.
  4. Full Price Items purchased with the Welcome Code are eligible for Refund, Exchange or Store Credit.
  5. Sale Items (not marked 'Final Sale') are eligible for Exchange or Store Credit only.
  6. Items purchased with a discount or promotional code of 30% or more are classified as Sale Items and eligible for Exchange or Store Credit (unless marked 'Final Sale').  This includes any item/s purchased with AfterPayDay 30% discount codes or similar 30% off Full Price items codes

FAULTY PRODUCT RETURNS

  1. If you receive a product that you believe to be faulty, please intiate your return as soon as possible.  You will be asked for details of the fault and possibly photos of the issue.  
  2. If the product is confirmed to have a defect, we will replace, repair or refund as appropriate.
  3. If the product is found to not have a defect, deemed out of warranty, or has deteriorated due to fair wear and tear or misuse, your return will be declined.

PROCEDURE FOR PROCESSING RETURNS

  1. Please retain the tracking number of your return to confirm delivery to our warehouse.
  2. Three of Something is not responsible for items 'Lost in Transit' or items unable to be confirmed as delivered to our warehouse.
  3. Returns will be processed within 3-5 business days after delivery to our warehouse.
  4. Upon processing, your item/s will be inspected and Refunded, Exchanged or a Store Credit will be issued in line with your instructions and our Return Policy.
  5. Shipping and return fees are not refundable and will be deducted from your Refund or Store Credit amount.
  6. Exchanges on Full Price Items are FREE.  There is no charge for return freight or re-delivery fees.
  7. If you purchase 2 sizes in the same Full Price Item, you can return one for FREE.  You will not be charged for return freight of the second item.
  8. Items returned that do not comply with our Return Policy will not be processed.  You will contacted to arrange shipping back to you and you will be liable for the shipping costs both to and from us.  Item/s not claimed 30 days after contact will be disposed of or donated to charity.
  9. If item/s are returned to us by mistake, we are not responsible for these item/s and accept no liability if we are unable to locate them. If we are able to locate them and you want the items returned to you, you will be responsible for the cost of return freight.
  10. We monitor return rate frequency and value for fraud, abuse and general security purposes. In the event of elevated return frequency and values, we are entitled to close or block access to your Account or deny you from making future orders.

DEFINITIONS

  1. Full Priced Items - Items purchased at full price.  Items that are reduced or purchased with a discount code of 30% or more are NOT deemed to be Full Priced.  Items purchased with the Welcome Code or a discount less than 30% are treated as Full Price Items.  Full Priced Items can be returned for Refund, Exchange or Store Credit in line with our Return Policy.
  2. Sale Items - Items that have been reduced or purchased with a discount code of 30% or more.  Sale Items can be returned for Exchange or Store Credit only in line with our Return Policy.
  3. Final Sale Items - Heavily discounted end of line items.  Final Sale items cannot be returned.
