Exchanges and Return Policy

Lodge your exchange or return in just a few easy steps using our portal.  Before getting started, please make sure you have read our Return Policy below.



Lodging Returns

All returns must be lodged through our Returns Centre within the specified timeframe from despatch (14 days for Australia/NZ, 30 days for International) to ensure smooth and timely processing. Returns sent without being lodged or without prior authorisation cannot be processed, and we cannot take responsibility for these items


What Items Are Eligible for Return
  • Full Price Items: Can be returned for a Refund, Exchange or Store Credit, even if a Welcome Code was applied.

  • Selected Sale Items: Can be returned for Store Credit only. This includes items marked down or purchased with a discount code at checkout.

  • Final Sale Items: Cannot be returned. Final Sale items are clearly marked on the collection or product page. This includes all earrings. Offering deep discounts on these items is only possible as Final Sale.


Australia and NZ Returns
  • Returns must be lodged in the Returns Centre within 14 days of dispatch and received by our warehouse within 21 days.

  • Return label costs: Australia $15 AUD, NZ $25 AUD.


International Returns
  • Returns must be lodged in the Returns Centre within 30 days of dispatch and received by our warehouse within 60 days.

  • International customers are responsible for their own return shipping. Return labels are not provided.


Conditions for Returns

To ensure your return is accepted:

  • All tags must be attached, and items returned with original packaging.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from makeup, fake tan, perfume, deodorant, or washing powder.

  • Items must be free from hair and pet hair.

  • Accessories (belts, slips, etc.) must also be returned.

  • Items must be received in the same condition as sent, with buttons fastened, zippers zipped, and neatly packaged.

  • Returns not meeting these standards may incur a $25 restocking fee.


Exchanges
  • Full priced items can be exchanged for free (one free exchange per order, even if Welcome Code used).

  • Exchanges include free return and re-delivery within Australia & NZ only.

  • Additional exchanges may incur freight charges.

  • Exchanges are not available on Sale items or items purchased with a discount code.

  • We do not offer free exchanges to international customers.


Tracking, Delivery & Processing
  • Please keep your tracking number to confirm delivery.

  • We are not responsible for items lost in transit or unable to be confirmed as delivered.

  • Returns are processed within 5 business days of reaching our warehouse.

  • Upon processing, your items will be inspected, and a Refund, Exchange, or Store Credit issued according to our policy.

  • You will receive email confirmation once your return is complete.


Return Shipping Costs
  • Shipping and return fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your Refund or Store Credit.

  • Fees: Australia $15 AUD, NZ $25 AUD.

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping for eligible items.


Incorrect or Faulty Items
  • If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact online@threeofsomething.com with details.

  • Faulty items may need inspection before a replacement, repair, or refund is approved.

  • Items found not to have a defect, out of warranty, or showing fair wear and tear will not be refunded.

  • If you received the incorrect item, we will arrange to send the correct item as quickly as possible.


Returned Items That Do Not Comply
  • Items returned outside our policy (including Final Sale items or returns not lodged in the Returns Centre) will not be processed.


Return to Sender (RTS)
  • Items held at the Post Office are considered delivered.

  • Failure to collect items may result in RTS. These items are still subject to our Returns Policy and may incur return or re-delivery fees. Items returned outside the 14-day window are not eligible for return.


Store Credit
  • Store Credits are valid for 12 months and can be used on any product site-wide.
