RETURNS

BLACK FRIDAY 2024

1. Returns: Eligible items can be returned for STORE CREDIT only. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.
2. Final Sale: Items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
3. Return Window: Returns must be lodged within 14 days of dispatch.
4. Return Label Fees: Fees for return labels will be deducted from the store credit amount. 
5. Pricing: Prices are as marked; no discount code is necessary. 
6. Discount Restrictions: No other discount codes or offers can be used during the Black Friday sale. 
7. Order Amendments: No amendments or changes to orders once placed. 
8. Dispatch Time: Please allow 3-5 business days for order dispatch. 
9. Limited Stock Available: Due to high demand, some items may sell out quickly, and availability is not guaranteed until the order is confirmed 
10. Agreement: By making a purchase on our website, customers agree to all terms and conditions. 
11.  Please note, Black Friday Sale prices cannot be applied to previous orders.

WHAT ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?

Full Price items can be returned for Refund or Exchange (even if Welcome Code is applied)

Selected Sale Items items can be returned for Store Credit only.  This includes items that have been marked down or items purchased with a discount code at checkout.

Final Sale items cannot be returned.  Final Sale items are marked on the collection page and/or product page.  We love to offer customers deep discounts on our end of line products, however, the only way we can do this is as Final Sale.  All earrings are also Final Sale.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

- All returns must be lodged in the Returns Center - Click "START YOUR RETURN" above
- All returns must be lodged in the Return Center within 14 days of the shipment date, and received into the warehouse with in 21 days of the shipment date.
- Products must have all tags attached and be returned with original packaging
- Products must be unworn and unwashed
- Products must be free from make up and/or fake tan
- Products must be free from any scent (including deodorant, purfume or washing powder)
- Products must be free from hair and pet hair
- Any accessories including belts and slips must also be returned

* Please take care when trying products not to damage or stain them.  If your return does not meet the above criteria, it will not be processed.

EXCHANGES*

Full priced items can be Exchanged for FREE.  There is no charge for return freight or re-delivery fees.  Exchanges are only available to Australian and New Zealand Customers.  Exchanges are valid if the Welcome Code has been used,  ONE free exchange per order.  Additional exchanges will incur freight charges.

Exchanges are not available on Sale items or items purchased with a discount code at checkout.

TRACKING, DELIVERY AND PROCESSING YOUR RETURN

Please retain the tracking number of your return to confirm delivery to our warehouse. Three of Something is not responsible for items 'Lost in Transit' or items unable to be confirmed as delivered to our warehouse.

Returns will be processed within 5 business days after delivery to our warehouse. Upon processing, your item/s will be inspected and Refunded, Exchanged or a Store Credit will be issued in line with your instructions and our Return Policy. 

You will receive email notification once complete.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping and return fees are not refundable and will be deducted from your Refund or Store Credit amount. Return shipping fees are - Australia $15 AUD, NZ $25 AUD. 

All other International Customers are responsilbe for return freight for eligible items.  

INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEMS

If you receive a product that you believe to be faulty or incorrect, please contact online@threeofsomething.com. You will be asked for details of the issue. Faulty items may need to be inspected before the item is deemed to have a defect. If the item is confirmed as faulty we will replace, repair or refund as appropriate. If the product is found to not have a defect, deemed out of warranty, or has deteriorated due to fair wear and tear or misuse, your return will be declined.
If you have received the incorrect item, we will endevour to get the correct item to you as soon as possible

RETURNED ITEMS THAT DO NOT COMPLY

Items returned that do not comply with our Return Policy will not be processed. This includes Final Sale items.  You will be contacted by our Returns Team and can pay for items to be returned.  Items unclaimed within 30 days will be donated to charity.

Unless otherwise instructed, items that are not lodged through our RETURNS CENTER will not be processed.  

RETURN TO SENDER

Items held at the Post Office for collection are deemed to be delivered. Failure to collect items from the Post Office may result in RTS (return to sender). These items are still subject to our Return Policy. They will be subject to return fees and if they fall out of our 30 day return window, will not be eligible for return. Re-delivery fees may apply.

STORE CREDIT

Store Credits are valid for 12 months and can be used on any product site wide.  Freight charges are addtional charge (Store Credits cannot be used on freight).
