DELIVERY POLICY
Please note: Delivery timeframes are a guide only. Three of Something does not guarantee delivery times provided by Australia Post or courier partners.
Processing & Dispatch
All in-stock items are dispatched within 1–2 business days from the time your order is placed. Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
During peak periods (including sales and new collection launches), dispatch may take up to 5 business days.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive an order confirmation once your order is placed. Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct. We are unable to change contact information once your order is shipped.
Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Delivery & Authority to Leave
All orders are sent with Authority to Leave as default. If you prefer Signature on Delivery, please contact us at online@threeofsomething.com prior to dispatch. This service incurs a $10 fee.
Address Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide correct delivery details. We are not liable for lost or undelivered parcels due to incorrect address information. If a parcel is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply retrun shipping and redelivery.
Delays
While we aim to meet estimated delivery timeframes, delays may occur due to postal carriers, customs processing, or peak periods. These are outside of our control.
Lost, Missing or Stolen Parcels
Ownership of goods passes to the customer once delivery has been confirmed by the courier. We are not responsible for parcels that are lost or stolen after delivery.
If your parcel is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to investigate and can offer a replacement or refund once the courier confirms the parcel as lost.
INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES
- New Zealand: No duties or taxes apply.
- United States: National tariffs are covered. State-level taxes or duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
- Rest of the World: Any applicable duties, taxes, or tariffs are the responsibility of the customer and are charged by your local customs authority. These are not included in your order total and are outside of our control. We recommend checking with your local customs office prior to purchase.
International Shipping
All international orders are shipped via standard service only. Express shipping is not available.
