- All stocked items will be dispatched within 24-48 hours from the time and date your order was placed. Our warehouse is based in Queensland and operates Monday to Friday 9am-4pm Australian Eastern Standard time.

TRACKING INFORMATION

INCORRECT ADDRESS
- If you have supplied the incorrect address or contact information, please email online@threeofsomething.com and we can update your details before your order is shippied.
- Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes. Please contact the carrier to request any updates.
- Three of Something is not liable for any loss of goods if the wrong address is provided.
RETURN TO SENDER
- If your parcel is returned to sender, our Returns Team will contact you to arrange for redelivery or a Store Credit. The customer is responsible for any extra freight incurred. Return to sender usually occurs when the carrier has attempted to make multiple deliveries or the parcel has not been collected after a period from the Post Office.
ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED

- Three of Something is not responsible for any goods stolen or missing after delivery has been confirmed.
- If a carrier confirms a parcel to be "lost in transit", Three of Something will offer a replacement, store creidt or refund.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS AND TAXES
- Any import taxes or duties unless pre-paid are the responsibility of the customer.
