RETURNS
You are welcome to request a return within 30 days of your purchase date. Items must be returned in original condtion, unworn, unwashed, with no odour or make-up marks and with original packaging and all tags attached. Return requests can be made via our online portal below using your Order Number. Before lodging your request, please ensure your item/s are eligible for return. Three of Something reserves the right to refuse a return if it does not comply with our Return Policy.

Full priced item/s can be returned for REFUND, STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE. Return shipping costs are deducted from the refund amount. (Return shipping costs - Australia - $13.00, NZ - $20)

Not sure of your size? Purchase two sizes in the same full priced items and do not pay for return shipping.
FREE EXCHANGES ON FULL PRICED ITEMS
Exchange your full priced item for FREE. Use the Return Portal to Exchange sizes. If you would like to Exchange for a different item/s, please email online@threeofsomething.com
SALE ITEMS
Sale items (items purchased at a discounted price), can be retured for STORE CREDIT. Sale items are NOT elibible for Exchange or Refund. Return shipping will be deducted from the Store Credit amount. (Return shipping costs - Australia - $13.00, NZ - $20)
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Items marked 'Final Sale' cannot be returned. This includes all earrings and items purchased with a Sale on Sale promotion code. Final Sale items are clearly labeled on the collection page.
PROMOTIONAL CODES
Items purchased during a promotional sale where a discount has been applied to a full price item at checkout (manually or automatically), can only be returned for STORE CREDIT. Return shipping will be deducted from the Store Credit amouont. (Return shipping costs - Australia - $13.00, NZ - $20)
WELCOME CODE
Full Priced items purchased with a Welcome Code are eligble for exchange, store credit or refund
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a product that you beleive to be faulty or incorrect, please email online@threeofsomething.com. If the item is confirmed faulty, we will replace, repair or refund as appropriate. If the product is found to not have a defect, deemed out of warranty, or has deteriorated due to fair wear and tear or misuse, your return will be declined. If you have received the incorrect item, please email online@threeofsomething.com. We will endevour to get the correct item to you as soon as possible.
STORE CREDIT
Store Credits are valid for 12 months and cannot be used in conjuction with any other offer, promotion or code.
