Below are answers to the questions we are asked most often — sizing, shipping, returns and exchanges, and how our limited-edition prints work.

What is Three of Something and what does the label sell?

Three of Something (also written as 3OS) is an Australian women's fashion label based on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. The label designs limited-edition dresses — flowy maxi, midi and mini styles — alongside tops and blouses, maxi and mini skirts, knits and cardigans, freshwater pearl jewellery, leather handbags and accessories. Every print is created exclusively for Three of Something and exists nowhere else. 

What sizes does Three of Something offer, and how do I find my size?

Standard sizing runs XS to XL, with selected styles available up to XXXL. Our signature silhouettes are designed to be flowy and forgiving, so most customers take their usual size. How much is shipping and how long will my order take to arrive?

Within Australia, standard shipping is $15 and express is $20. Orders over $200 receive free standard shipping, or express for $8. New Zealand orders are $25 standard and $35 express, with free standard shipping over $200 and express reduced to $10. Most international destinations receive free standard shipping on orders over $200. All in-stock orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours from our Queensland warehouse, which operates Monday to Friday, with a possible delay of up to two days during sale periods and collection launches. Can I return or exchange a Three of Something order?

Full-price items can be returned for a refund or an exchange. Items that were marked down or purchased with a discount code can be returned for store credit only. Final sale items cannot be returned, and all earrings are final sale. Returns must be lodged in our Returns Centre within 14 days of the shipment date and received by our warehouse within 21 days, with all tags attached, in original packaging, unworn and unwashed, and free from make-up, fake tan, scent and hair. Australian and New Zealand customers receive one free exchange per order on full-price items. Return shipping is $15 AUD within Australia and $25 AUD for New Zealand, deducted from the refund or store credit. See Returns and Exchanges to start a return.

Are Three of Something styles restocked once they sell out?

No. Every style is produced in a small batch as a limited edition, and once a size or colourway sells out it is not restocked. The prints are designed exclusively for Three of Something and are not reprinted for future seasons, so if a style is available in your size we recommend not waiting.

Are Three of Something dresses suitable for weddings and special occasions?

Yes — wedding guest dresses are our most popular category. Flowy maxi and midi dresses suit garden, beach and formal weddings, while mini and sequin styles work well for parties, birthdays and evening events.
