Delivery Information

*Please note: Delivery time frames are a guideline only.  Three of Something does not guarantee Australia Post delivery times.

*Please ensure you provide the correct delivery address and contact information. If your details are incorrect, and your mail cannot find you, we cannot accept responsibility for any loss of goods.

*All stocked items will be dispatched within 24-48 hours from the time and date your order was placed.  Our warehouse is based in Queensland and operates Monday to Friday 9am-4pm Australian Eastern Standard time.

*Please note, there may be a delay of up to 2 days during our peak sale periods (sales and collection launches)

*You will receive an order confirmation once your order is placed.  Please check our delivery address and contact information is correct.

*Upon dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing your tracking information.

*All orders as a default are Authority to Leave.  If you would prefer Signature on Delivery, please email online@threeofsomething.com and we can change for you.  We are not responsible for any goods stolen or missing after delivery has been confirmed.

*Three of Something is not responsible for loss of goods in transit via couriers.  We can offer replacement or refund once the courier confirms the goods as lost.

*All other international deliveries are a STANDARD service.  EXPRESS services are not available.
